Shipping & Returns
With SexualHealingEmpire you have the right to withdraw within 30 days, without stating reasons, to return an item (right of withdrawal). Within this period you may view and rate the item as you do in a store, unless stated otherwise.
Please note that for reasons of hygiene, products cannot be returned if the packaging is no longer sealed.
To cancel or return (revoke) you can also use it Model withdrawal form. You have the right to change within 30 days of your purchase. For all conditions, read further below. After revoking your order, you must submit the articles within 30 at the latest days after reporting the revocation. By submitting your return shipment in advance, your return shipment can be processed quickly.
Both clothing and other items can be returned to SexualHealingEmpire. When returning your order please note that you return to the next one requirements satisfies:
- The product / products are still in the seal layer
- The product is in the - as far as reasonably possible - original condition and factory packaging
- The product is complete
If an order is returned to us for any of the following reasons:
- The order was not picked up by you at a pickup point.
- You have entered a wrong address.
- On the other hand, an error that is your fault.
Then we will refund you the total amount minus the shipping costs you paid as soon as the package is back in our possession. Unfortunately, we have to do this because we have to pay the shipping costs when an order is returned.
You can by completing it withdrawal form indicate that you want to use the right of withdrawal. However, you are not obliged to do it withdrawal form to use, because even without the form the right of withdrawal applies.
Revocation amount
With the application of the right of withdrawal, your payment obligation will not expire. You will have to pay within the deadline. If the return process in our administration creates a credit and you have paid the order in advance with Ideal , we will refund it immediately. If you send the entire order back, the shipping costs will expire. We pay you back with the same payment as you paid us.
In general, we will pay the purchase amount within 30 at the latest days after dissolution, refund. Dissolution arises from the moment you have informed us of the cancellation of the purchase.

The above articles can only be returned when the item proves to be defective. Defects must be reported to SexualHealingEmpire within 30 days of receipt . You can do this through us return form / withdrawal form .
Returns
The costs for a return shipment are for your own account (Estimated shipping costs: shipping costs you have paid). The original shipping costs will be removed on the invoice after receipt of the return shipment if you return the entire order.
If you want to return an item please use us return form / withdrawal form so that we can quickly process your return shipment.
Cancellation of your order
Every order can be canceled without giving any reason. Provided this order has not yet been sent. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from SexualHealingEmpire. Do you want to cancel your order after you have received an order confirmation? Please reply to your order confirmation or contact us by telephone or fill it out return form / withdrawal form in. The cancellation of the order will be confirmed by e-mail. Once your request for cancellation has been confirmed by us, SexualHealingEmpire will refund the amount paid no later than 14 days after termination (withdrawal).
